Interventional Pain Treatments

Nerve Blocks 

This injection involves injecting medication near a nerve or group of nerves to alleviate pain. This can help treat headaches, Arthritis, back pain, etc.  

Soft Tissue Injections 

Knee, Shoulder, Hip, Wrist, Buttocks, Elbow 

This is an injection into muscle, tendons, and bursa (fluid in between bones). The injection is best for inflammation and can help alleviate symptoms of Carpal Tunnel, Tendonitis, Arthritis, Rheumatism, and Osteoarthritis.  

Trigger Points 

A noninvasive treatment that involves injecting a local anesthetic into the muscle to relax and relieve pain. 

SI Joint Injections 

Used to treat lower back pain that comes from the Sacroiliac Joint. We’ll first inject anesthetic to initially bring comfort and then in a few days the steroid will activate and create a longer pain relief.  

Radio Frequency Ablation

a minimally invasive medical treatment that uses radio waves to generate heat and destroy targeted tissue, often used for pain relief or to treat tumors.


a minimally invasive surgical procedure used to treat vertebral compression fractures, often caused by osteoporosis. It involves the insertion of a balloon into the fractured vertebra to restore its height, followed by the injection of bone cement to stabilize the bone.

Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS)

is a medical device implanted under the skin that sends electrical impulses to the spinal cord to block pain signals from reaching the brain, commonly used for chronic pain management.


a procedure of injecting a steroid medication and an anesthetic into the epidural space around the spinal cord to reduce inflammation and alleviate pain, often used for conditions like herniated discs, sciatica, and spinal stenosis.
